**Q: Can you use on a W-Bar?**
A: Yes, I use this on my w bar and it just about fits on it.

**Q: Are these for arm workouts only or can they be used for chest and back too?**
A: Hello
I use it for triceps , biceps, and chest, but you have to know , you can not train heavy, specially for biceps. I would not recommend it for back training.
I use it mostly for pumping  not heavy and take as many reps as I can. 
You have to be careful to not stress your wrist.

**Q: My bar is 2.77cm, what is the internal diameter of the hole?**
A: 27mm or 2cm and 7mm. On that basis if you are contemplating buying these they should be a great fit.
