Love the Zafro 35.5lb/24hr Nugget (grey) ice machine!!! No complaints in regards to this counter top ice machine!! Was purchased in February, and it's been running 24hrs a day since it's arrival. Yes, it does have a buzzing/noise sound...but you get used to it. Sounds like a fan. It does shut off once there is maximum ice. As the ice melts, it will make more ice. It does make a re-booting buzz sound when this happens. **I DO NOT USE TAP WATER. I read up, that the best water for ice machines, is distilled water. So Distilled water it is. The ice tastes clean, and crisp!! Also purchased Descaling tablets for inner machine cleaning, for once a month cleaning. Great purchase/happy customer!!

Our freezer icemaker broke, and I purchased this until it could get fixed. It makes ice very quickly and love the fact that it has two different sizes. It does make soft ice so as soon as I take it out of the maker, I do put it in a Ziploc bag so it can Freeze the ice cubes harder. It makes quick ice in minutes love the fact that has a handle so I can take it off the countertop and put it in the cabinet quickly. Is pretty bulky so to have it on the counter. All the time is an eyesore But for the price, it is a great product.

I love the size and functionality. It runs smoothly and quietly. The ice is perfect for my yeti. Great value for the money.

I love love love the ice maker. The ice is soft and chewable. Only thing negative is it is very loud.

It looks small but started making ice in less than 10 minutes from startup. Not really low noise but that's not a deal breaker. It needs to be refilled with water frequently. We used Brita filtered water and there's no bad taste. After 10 more minutes we had about an 8 ounce cup of ice. Seemed like a slow start but made ice non stop after that. Filling a 40 oz. cup in 20 minutes. Very happy with it!

Great value for the money... Perfect restaurant nugget ice... Well made and durable. Easy to use and the perfect size ! My daughter is using it in her dorm room and says it's her favorite thing in her whole room!! Highly recommend!!

We went from an expense GE Ice maker to this model. I have to say, I was impressed enough to buy 2 of them.Been using it for about a monthPROS:Small, soft, Chewable ice!Easy to use out of the box. No complicated setup.Small footprint & portable (if needed), includes an optional handleProduces ice VERY fast.CONS:No easy way to see water level. No view window or simple way to see the water level.No convenient place to hold the ice scoop. We keep ours on top, but would have been nice to have a little inset for itCan be a little noisy. Its not loud by any means, but it isn't silent (60-70db)The ice tends to pile up so the hopper doesn't get to be completely full before it shuts offAs yet unknown, is how easy it will be to clean the inner parts and hoses (if any). Our GE was so difficult, I had to carve out an hour each month just to service it.
