They’re nice enough — a bit on the stodgy side like most flapjack-style bars, but they do the job! The flavour’s decent (Salted Caramel Brownie hits the spot), and for a 75g bar packing 20g of protein plus creatine, you can’t really complain. For the price, they’re solid value — especially when you see what some other brands are charging these days. 8.5/10 overall - not gourmet, but definitely gets the gains job done!

Great, but the box didn't have a seal on it and one of the bars was missing. I assume someone decided to have a snack on the job for free.

A decent snack bar or small meal replacement whether you are on a protein focussed diet or not. All of this type of bar have a tendency to be overly sweet and this bar is no exception. It is not unpleasant but it is very sweet. Overall, decent snack after a workout, good protein content and as part of an Amazon subscribe and save reorder, good value for money

A full box would be good value, but mine arrived taped up and missing bars. I tried to contact their live support several times without success. I also tried to do a return but Amazon only offered the option to contact the manufacturer’s live support for missing items, which doesn’t work. The texture of these is ok but there’s an odd aftertaste that isn’t present in their bars without the creatine. It’s unlikely I’ll get these again, and if any subsequent order of their other bars has the same issue of not being full packs then that would be the last I order from them (I got a pack of their brownie bars at the same time which was also sellotape shut, but that one was full).

Comes in a retail top box with 12 75g bars with a best before date of February 2026. These are ok tasting protein bars but i found them to be a bit too dense and slightly dry for my liking. The taste while chocolatey like has a slight orange citrus twang to it is the best way to describe the flavour and not so much a caramel flavour to me. The price seems reasonable for what you get here but the flavour is a bit of a personal thing so you may love these or they will be just "meh" but they are not terrible.
