Delicious and Easy to Use
I really like this Callebaut bundle. The chocolate tastes rich and smooth. It melts easily and is very easy to use in baking. The packaging keeps the pieces fresh. Overall, a high quality product worth buying.

Good value
The media could not be loaded. I will buy this bundle again as it is a good budget friendly bundle to buy whilst keeping the good quality of the chocolate In my bakes!Great for cakesicles and truffles or ganache. Tastes amazing, melts easily and the texture is great unlike some of the cheaper pallets that wont melt easily. Easy to use!

Simply the best chocolate for decorating/mould making
I've always used the 811 54.5% cocoa dark chocolate in a variety of ways from a moist choc fudge cake, to adding to buttercream to make the most decadent buttercream ever! To simply using with moulds, both straight chocs or as a covering on a geo heart. I cannot praise this chocolate enough. However I usually buy in 2.5kg bags so before committing to big bags I bought this selection to try other varieties out. I should not of worried. The white chocolate W2 is pure bliss, a lot like milkybar but better. The milk variety 823, equally did not disappoint. All melt so easy and within seconds in a Microwave. However I'd suggest as bag instructions does to only heat for 20 second bursts until melted. On a gas hob, in a bain-marie takes longer but just as good results. I aim to try the darker Cocoa 70.5% in a cake shortly, I imagine this to be delightful as others.

Quality chocolate
Beautiful chocolate, the smooth great taste of Belgium chocolate. More than good enough for the tastiest snack by itself but will be great in cooking too.

Delectable
Oh I so like these.Gorgeous flavours. I use them as add-ons in cereals, other desserts and also in hot drinks such as coffee. But they are fab when added to a mug of hot milk and used as hot chocolates.They are a wonderful little treat and can probably be used for a wide range of other things though I haven't had enough to to experiment yet.

Raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake
Great quality chocolate I used in a variety of baking but my most favourite was raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake I did for a friends get together, looks like I’m on pudding duty!
