Used for an outdoor clock that had stopped working, easy to fit, worked great

Used this to fix a clock that was brought into my repair shop. Old mechanism couldn't be fixed so I bought this to replace it. Was easy to fit and works just as well as the previous mechanism. Would buy again.

It's easy to replace an old clock mechanism with it. My husband changed it in 2 min. The parts are small, be careful not to lose them. Our lovely clock is working again! Cheap solution!

I have an elderly "Time Flies" clock which had become very noisy. As a last effort to save it I bought a new mechanism and my son in law fitted it. I'm told it's not terrible easy to do but with patience it is possible and my clock is now silent and keeping perfect time.

I bought 2 of the same mechanism with 4 set of handles and paid less than one British pound more. H

The problem I have is that it's not silent. It's quiet but I find the noise it makes irritating. So does my wife. Hard to describe but like a quiet clockwork toy winding down. No doubt it'll be fine for most people but I prefer the old tick, tock. Hands off the old mechanism fitted fine.

Was just as advertised. Easy to put together and install. Was silent for the first day, now makes a low hum all the time, but it's ok. Can put up with that. Very smooth movement of the hands too.

Not a great time keeper it's running fast a minute every two days
