Holiday festivities had my Itchy Liver acting up so I purchased a case. The shots have a very strong ginger taste with a bit of spice burn in the back of your throat that goes away almost instantly. 1 bottle each of 3 days has taken away the itch and I plan to drink the others over the next month to help my liver clean up and move away from the edge of complications.

Definitely has a lot of hot spice to it. I did cut with OJ and enjoyed better that way.
