Easy to use but definitely works your hands. I like that there are four different tensions to work with. You can move up or down depending on how your hand(s) feel. Also, they come with a handy drawstring bag for easy, contained, and convenient storage.

Using this upon the recommendation of my physical therapist for tennis elbow pain that started to come back again. I used this design in the past during PT. She said get it early before the pain worsens. I use this along with a a couple other exercises 3x a week and it’s working!

They will certainly give your fingers a workout. They do have a tendency to fall apart but they can be put back together.

The hand exercisers were just what I wanted. Great product.

I’ve used Grip Master hand strengtheners for years and they are good . I wore out my last one and was going to reorder when I saw this package deal (4 hand strengtheners) for a cheaper price than one Grip Master so I decided to give them a try . They are just as good in my opinion and more comfortable in my hand, and you get 4 , all with varying tension ! I’m very happy I made this purchase . I’ve been playing guitar for 30 years and this is a great deal for a quality product

They are nice, but still too difficult for an elderly person recovering from surgery or with arthritis. They should make one weaker in this series.

I have had a resistance gripper for years but wanted something that did hand squeezes, grip and hold, and -important- individual finger strengthener. Does great for all fingers and thumb, especially little and ring fingers.
