So cute and functional but hard to build. Literally comes in slats on wood, you put every piece together so if you’re up for a challenge and have the time, it’s a great choice. (Also mattress not included)

Took a very long time to put together. Haven't slept on it yet so don't know the comfort level. Asked Rufus the weight limit and he didn't know. Cannot find this anywhere.

This is the worst product that I have every purchased from Amazon. Assembly took 6 hours by a skilled professional that I had to pay. Two boxes filled with random pieces of wood. After getting it together. It BROKE the first time it was used. This product is unsafe.

Part M, the latch is missing. Two attempts to reach the manufacturer have gone unanswered. Without the latch, you can't close it. If I have to find a compatible one and order it, I wont be happy.

This is a beautiful addition to our home. It allows us to have the guest sleeping area we want while saving space. It would have been a five star purchase but it was a little banged up from delivery and was difficult to put together. Once together however it was easy to touch up. I would buy again despite imperfections.

We had our family over for Thanksgiving and it worked great!Now it up and out of the way so I can work out and work at my desk.Did not come with a bed and followed someone's review about leaving the stickers on until the end.

Functional but some pieces arrived broken, however it is difficult to return such heavy items. I got a professional to assemble.

the product is very beautiful and works well, fits the mattress I purchased and love the outlet/charging feature. We had one issue, why I gave it a 4 instead of 5 stars: the drawer you pull out as part of the support came apart, had to reinforce it; it could’ve been because we had the item on carpet.
