Spicy Turmeric Probiotic Latte (180g)

I have been drinking it for about a week now. It tastes very nice with coconut milk (the real one). I have it 2, 3 times a day because I like the taste. However, I can't tell you yet that the probiotic in it really works because it's too early to notice any difference. The gut still have lots of mysteries. We still know very little about the microbioma. And each body reactd to things in a specific way. Your diet is so important to get the right bacterias in the gut. So, it's not only about having probiotics and think that a miracle will happen, it's also about your life, your life style, your choices for your life on daily basis. Things work holistically.

I like this product, because it doubles up as a great tasty addition to a meal while at the same time introducing all those good bacteria into my gut. I add it to half a tin of heated chopped tomatoes and then add that to a packet of microwaved rice. Great cheap curry prepared in about 5 minutes. Hardly any washing up either, which suits me! It really is very tasty. Someone who can cook properly would find it even more useful I'm sure.

Like the smell and the taste. You don't need to use much at a time so great value for money. Had been advised to take a probiotic and I'd heard great things about turmeric so seemed ideal. Have only been using for two days so too early to see the benefit.

This product is amazingly tasty and revitalising. I live the professional durability of the packaging, it is strong and the reusable seal is useful also, stops my hands from getting messy. I've brought Turmeric from my local market and they usually come in an see through packaging that lasts very little time. Instructions and storage information is great and I'm lactose intolerant so this works a dream!Lastly, I feel less bloated and my 3-D pack looks less 3-D! This also can be used for many other applications in the kitchen. ;)

Really good taste i must say and glad how little I can use to make a full body tea. Probiotics are something that I take every now and then but in capsules and I dont find this any less effective for the last few weeks use.

Put the powder in a fruit smoothie to make turmeric probiotic smoothie, it was really good but I put only half a teaspoon, so it was not taking over the fruity taste of my pinapple smoothie. Also saw ginger lemonade recipe that i will try with it. I'm not really a turmeric tea drinker but I think latte will be good in winter with the probiotics I hope it will help as I have more upset tummy in winter. Thank you
