Ingredients if correct and sourced properly are indeed top notch both in what they are and how much per capsule. You get 60 capsules which with 2 a day you get a month's supply. Now, my wife said she's happy to take just one a day as she already takes supplements, but not enough to cover her daily dose, and with one capsule of this product, that recommended dose will be met. No issues or side effects to report from my wife as she took one capsule in the evening before work. High price compared to others, hopefully justified at the end it being a high spectrum supplement.

A nice quality blend! The tablets themselves are reasonable is size so easy to consume with no taste or abnormalities. In terms of health benefits, always going to be hard to fully quantify things. However on paper the ingredients seem to be solid in quality and as part of a healthy diet should go down well.
