This stuff is a game changer! Helps a ton with stress, energy levels and mood. I liked that it was a dropper so I could start with a lower dose. Taste it sweet and fine on its own, can’t taste at all if mixed in juice.

My husband and I bought this to try. We’ve felt like it helps us by taking it daily. It’s a nice addition to our other supplements to keep us going! The taste is a bit strong but we add it to a kombucha shot and it’s quick to take.

Being completely honest, I didn’t think it was going to work since I’ve tried multiple different supplements for mood and they only work slightly. However, this is the absolute best supplement I’ve tried for mood improvement. I felt very focused and gained a lot of energy without the jitters. I even got on the treadmill today. I put it in a drink so there wasn’t any strange taste that I noticed. It was easy to take. Make sure to take this during the day and not at night.

Yes, it made me more alert for a couple hours & It gave me a lil energy although I haven’t been using it too much, will start back this week and will come back w more reviews.

Came quickly, well packaged. I will say I know nothing about Rhodiola but the description was exactly what I’ve needed. I add it to my morning smoothies. No taste. Whether it’s my smoothie in general, or the added extract, I ALWAYS feel better and more energized when I have it.
