Exceptional Sharpness and Grip
I recently added a Global knife to my kitchen arsenal, and it has quickly become my go-to tool for a variety of cutting tasks. This knife stands out for its sharpness and excellent grip, making it a pleasure to use. Sharpness: The blade is exceptionally sharp, allowing for precise and effortless cutting. Whether slicing through vegetables, meat, or herbs, the knife performs beautifully, reducing prep time and enhancing the overall cooking experience. Grip and Comfort: The handle design offers a comfortable and secure grip. The textured surface ensures that the knife stays firmly in hand, even when wet, which is crucial for maintaining control and safety during use. Its ergonomic design also reduces hand fatigue, making it ideal for extended use. Build Quality: The overall build quality of the Global knife is impressive. It feels well-balanced and robust, promising longevity and consistent performance. The seamless design between the blade and handle adds to its durability and ease of cleaning. Pros: • Extremely sharp blade. • Comfortable and secure grip. • High-quality build and durability. • Well-balanced and easy to handle. Cons: • None that I have encountered. Overall, the Global knife is a fantastic addition to any kitchen. Its sharpness, comfortable grip, and excellent build quality make it a highly reliable and enjoyable tool for both professional chefs and home cooks. Highly recommended!

The Best Paring Knife for a Small Hand
Global knives, when dropped on a stone floor, may snap in two. This must occur frequently because it is specifically called out in the warranty. Because this paring knife is absolutely required by anyone who cooks dinner each night, it was on sale and painless to replace when I dropped mine. I was introduced to Global knives when Anthony Bourdain commented on his Global Chef's knife in a book. This paring knife holds a sharp edge, helps with slicing and peeling. It is especially a good fit for a small hand.

The only knives you need
No other knife needed, except this and the global chef’s knife. They are nice and sharp, well weighted, easy to sharpen and clean.

has the signature wicked Global edge - should last a lifetime with reasonable care
Global 3.5" Paring Knife (GS-38): I didn't look at the item page closely enough and was surprised when the knife arrived and the handle wasn't straight like all of my other Globals. I was going to return it but then saw that there are YT videos, specifically about this knife. After watching them I decided to keep it in case I need to give a quick gift. In the meantime I bought a (GSF-15) 3" to be my primary paring knife. Both knives look & feel great in-hand.

Like all good Global knives, this knife is light and super sharp and is great for all peeling and cutting small items. A "must have" in the kitchen, it gets used every day.

Pequeño y afilado para cortar vegetales y pequeñas piezas de carne.La pega es el precio que es demasiado caro pero la calidad del acero japones y el filo hay que pagarlos
