After having my gallbladder removed in 2010, I started having issues after every meal. I gained weight and realized my body is not metabolizing fat. My brother had his out and has not suffered from the consequences, but I have. I started taking enzymes, and in the experimental phase with them and ox bile, I bought a bottle of enzymes with ox bile in the capsule (225 mg). I found that I couldn't control the amount of ox bile I took and if I needed more, I was also taking more enzymes. This formulation is perfect for me; I take supplements of vitamins as well as enzymes, and this pill is small; the dosage is small so I can take a small amount with a small meal and increase the number of capsules based on the fat load in the meal. I've been buying these for quite a few years now and they do help with digestion. The naturopath suggested them (different brand), for probable "leaky gut" and I've noticed an improvement in that now, I am actually getting the nutrients that my body needs because this product helps to process the foods effectively. I do still have my gallbladder so I can't speak to effectiveness for that kind of issue.

I had my gallbladder out several years back and my digestion has never been the same. I tried some "digestive enzymes" last year and they worked pretty well. When I ran out of them I felt fine and just never got more. Then, I started having problems again. I see good results. I am using this to remove fatty toxins in my body. It also help me to have a regular toilet routine.

love this product , second time ordering , I am now at 500mg. I do not have to take acid reflux meds anymore.

I thought it was 500mg as 100 caps are 500mg it was not mentioned that is 125 mg...

Too expensive,

I started out taking a low dose then would take 3 or so pills before meals. I was worried about the negative side effects of the 500mg but had none with these so I ordered the higher dosage. It definitely helped with my bloating I have suffered from from my gallbladder surgery almost instantly
