Great flavour

Little to no taste.
Purchased to hopefully mix with beef bone broth to give it a nicer flavour unfortunately it made little to no difference. Decided to use the recommended portion size with just water in a mug to get just the miso flavour but again had little to no taste this was the Kome Koji. Will not be buying again.

tastes great!
This tastes really nice and will last a while as i believe it is freeze dried! Easy to use and i have managed to find a lot of recipes that this works well with!
