Q: Once opened what is the use within time scale?

I keep mine for months. If they do go soft, you can always pop them on a low heat in the oven to crisp them up again.

Hi, thank you for your interest :) Of course, you can try this seaweed sheet without rice or any ingredient but itself. In South Korea, people just eat as a snack. Some people dip it to soy sauce and drink with beer :) Enjoy!
