I've used this product to help reduce wrinkles and improve acne scars. It has been effective in improving the overall appearance of my skin. My angry 11 has become far less noticeable. Even my rosacea has improved with microneedling. I've been satisfied with the quality and effectiveness of this stamper. It's simple to use, and the adjustable depth works well. Because it's an inexpensive product, I treat this stamper as disposable medical supply rather than a multi-use item.

I've been interested in microneedling at home, but I didn't want to invest in an expensive device if my skin was too sensitive for it (I have rosacea). I got this device so I could patch test myself. The device is perfect! You can adjust the needles from .25 all the way up to I think 2.5. It's easy to disinfect and it came in sterile packaging. My patch test was successful, so I did my whole face and it went great. The head is large enough that it goes quickly, without being TOO big. I wish that there was a way to replace the needles, but I think the idea is that it's inexpensive enough that you can replace the whole thing regularly. Highly recommend, this is a great device to start with if you're getting into microneedling.

Decent dermastamp. Serves its purpose, but is nothing special. Same build quality as other cheap dermastamps I have tried, but that’s okay, because you can only use it so many times. I will note that the measurements on adjusting mechanism are not accurate. But since I go by look and feel, that’s not exactly consequential.

I read reviews on so many of the microneedling implements, both the stamps and the rollers. I choice the CIRNCR Beauty Derma Stamp Pen after reviewing the comments and some research. Being a first time user this stamp comes with instructions that are easily followed. The unit is well made and sturdy. Gotta say I was on the fence about it actually working so I was FLOORED by the results! I used the stamp with MEDITHERAPY Retinal Skin Booster Serum which I mistakenly ordered but the bottle was bigger so I tried it first. In just ONE WEEK my worst wrinkles, those lines and crevasses around the mouth, were diminished BY HALF. My skin tone is even, poreless, soft and glowing. I will be 70 soon and pass for 53. Yes, I did ask a few strangers in Sam's Club how old they thought I was and 53 was the oldest! Now the stamp will need to be replaced a few times so I recommend purchasing several, especially if they are on sale!!!

I can’t really tell you if it’ll work on your head but it absolutely made my beard grow longer and stronger. It doesn’t hurt too much once you get used to it but the capability to adjust the pins was a big bonus for me. Adjusting the pins allows me to keep from buying multiple sizes and I can go from my head to my face after a quick clean, Without having to have another derma roller or stamp. If you’re looking to get into derma, I’d say pick it up and match it up with quality products and keep the targeted areas hydrated.

Easy to use. Able to adjust the depth of needles. Slight pain just depends on needle depth. Nice and compact. Comes in bag sealed so you know it’s clean and not used at all. Ive been using with my serums to get a better penetration of them. So face I can see my smile lines slowly disappear. I’m loving the device. Good for anyone who knows what and how to use.

I really like this stamp, even a little bit more than the dermal rollers. The cool thing about this Item is that you can adjust the needle length to your comfort level. It's also convenient and saves money if this is going to be a multi use device. You typically need a device with longer needles if you're going to try to stimulate hair growth in sparse areas. You need the shortest length for around your eyes. You can then choose anything in between to do the rest of your face and neck and decollete.
