It's works well for our back pain. But when we put more pressure on the machine it works slow and not comfortable. I always get foot pain. I tried keep my foot on top of the machine while sitting in the chair. But we wnt getvthe grip and our foot slips so it dint help me. We can adjust speed as well. For back pain , calf pain we can keep comfortably. Overall good product. It's works fine .

I use it for my legs, haven't really used it for shoulders and neck. Works like a charm, relaxes the sore muscles.Noise level is low, and the construction seems sturdy. Cost seems reasonable.Only one request - we need a longer cord please!
