Instant overnight improvement in nail appearance. Long term I have noticed diminished returns but I am still using nightly and have noticed overall improvement compared to liquid versions. Sticks well and stays secure overnight.

My husband used this product every day for 90 days and he could not tell a difference in a toenail that has been infected with fungus for a long time.
