I’m on my fourth bottle now. I only take it on golf days, and it really seems to help with sun-related darkening. My skin feels more even after being out in the sun, so I keep repurchasing it.

I like this skin supplement. It feels like it helps keep it healthy and good-looking. Easy to drink and good quality.

My melasma is very faded and my skintone is even. This is an amazing supplement. All the derms I know use it personally. I haven’t had any side effects. I supplement with this and asthaxanthin. That along with Iron and the only supplements I take

I’ve the years I’ve developed sensitivity to the sun and heat and I will get an itchy, blotchy rash/hive situation on the top of my arms near my elbows and the inside of my knees. It’s weird and awful and uncomfortable. I ordered these before a recent 10 day trip to Hawaii in the hopes this time I’d be able to enjoy the sun. I started taking them a few days before I left and added them to my supplement lineup religiously and wow wow! They really helped! While I did get the dreaded rash by day 8, it didn’t start until near the end of the trip which for me is huge! So, I think it’s worth it and will be taking these with me now on all future sun forward trips! If I could do 4.5 stars I would.

These are one of the many things I am doing or taking to improve my very dry itchy skin. I am doing much better. This is just one of the products that I have been using. I believe it takes both outside moisturizing, and inside vitamins to concur dry itchy skin. I can happily say, I am so much better and recommend these skin vitamins. Thank You

My dermatologist recommended that I take Heliocare to prevent melasma, and the side effect is that I get extra sun protection: when I’m out and forget to reapply SPF, I don’t get solar urticaria or burn. I am not sure why Heliocare original is twice as expensive as Heliocare Advanced (with Niacin) if they both have 240mg of Fernblock, but since I take an NAD+ supplement for energy, I’m cautious about taking too much B3 and buy this one.

Reduced redness and softened the feel of my skin.

It’s a great supplement for skin care.

My essential supplement for Summer days and tropical vacation. It has some studies on it so I want to believe damage is reduced while taking this.
