Perfect for an small tablet or phone. We used it for a long trip with our 18mo daughter in the back seat. It did not fit our 2013 CRV back seat headrest but we positioned it to stay in place

Its ok, and holds my tablet well; the problem is that the headrest from my car is smaller than smallest dimension so I can't really use it.
