Finding enough protein for your diet can be hard, these cups make it easy to add protein to your day. They are very tasty and filling. I love the variety pack so I’m getting a good mix of choices. An easy way to start the day of right. The mixes cook well and are not powdery or chalky. There is some sweetness but not over powering. It’s a great deal for the variety you get.

These are great for me to grab and take to work for a high protein snack. I love the flavors and convenience of the packaging. My young adult kids love them too and it is a great way for me to get more protein in them without nagging, lol!

Super easy breakfast or snack for my kids with a variety of flavors. Full of protein too. Sugar count is not terrible,but could be better. I think the Kodiak cakes could work to bring down the sweetness level a little bit with less sugar and not add any fake sugar to it.

This brand could stand to be a smidge sweeter. But otherwise they taste great, they’re convenient, and they’re fast. Also I wished the full line was a little more pronounced on the inside.

Quality product, good flavor and easy to use. Pancakes and muffins take a couple times to get right so wasted a couple learning. Would buy again.

Lots of options. A little confused by the packaging, but otherwise everything described was included.

First what I liked. The flapjacks and muffins are well beyond what I expected for protein enriched microwave flour-based goods. I actually liked every flavor. And they fluffed up basically like they should. Now the bad. Oatmeal: all “flavors” are the same cardboard flavor. I used the hot water method, even adding a little more to encourage absorption. The oats never seemed cooked, always a little on the tough, dry side. I’ve tried other brands of protein enriched oatmeal and I use hot water, no microwave to prepare it. Those other brands cook well and taste like the flavor they claim. Brownies taste like how shampoo smells. I used a combo of milk and cold water to no avail; I doubt using only milk would cure the bad flavor issue.

I am 71 and have always tied to eat healthy. The taste of all the Kodiak products is excellent. Ease in preparation. The cost is more, however I don't eat meat, therefor am not paying the exorbitant meet prices.
