I love this red light, I bought it was for my boyfriend for an Xmas present but use it myself everyday. The health benefits are amazing, I love how you can use it over your whole body and it’s free standing so do not have to hold it, it is great value for money. Very easy to use and lightweight so easy to move

Excellent build and easy to use
Really solid and well-made lamp. I like that it has three wavelengths and several brightness levels — makes it easy to tailor it to what I need. The control panel is simple to use, and the timer function is a nice touch. I mostly use the combined mode for 30 minutes after work, and it’s very relaxing. Doesn’t get too hot either, which I appreciate. Great value for money.
