Awesome works as should

Specifically bought this to work as an adaptor for my headphones into my MacBook Pro. Do not work. No sound and mic also does not work.

It works as advertised.

It’s beautiful and seems well made but Zero Sound, not even Static came through when I tried to use it with my wired earbuds on American, Delta, and Untied Airlines. Other than needing it for my flights I don’t need it so I don’t know if it would have worked anywhere else.

I couldn't give this item a full 5 star rating because it DIDN'T work! It might be a well working component but, it wasn't until I received and tested it, that I found out it has ONE TOO MANY rings on the 3.5mm jack. That's something you need to be aware of when ordering anything that might contain a 3.5mm jack. There are 2,3, and 4 ring 3.5mm jacks and each ring has its purpose. If the female end is designed for 3 rings and you insert a 4 ring, nope, it's not gonna work. So, that's why I had to send it back because it had the wrong ring amount.
