Excellent scooter
Excellent service quick prompt delivery and the son loves the scooter. It even comes with the seat and spare inner tube. Which when I was looking at buying this model you had to pay extra. As for the service of the company I acquired 5 star.

Scooter failed !! Do not buy ..
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! We purchased the scooter which after less than 300 miles fails we reported it and they sent a new controller box which I fitted myself , the scooter then would only go at a snails pace , many emails and videos sent but still nothing no refund or replacement, try another site supplied by Amazon ..

In theory it's a good scooter
In reality it's a different story, it has a few faults asi found out and they're hard to fix, for the price you really wouldn't expect that but thats the case, unless I've landed unlucky I personally would give it a miss, my likes are it's fast and goes a good distance.

Very impressed!
I purchased this a few days ago it arrived today. I will be honest I wasn't sure what to expect! I built it up and this afternoon myself and my daughter went out together both on scooters... me on this one. I love it so far! Itbis crazy heavy so grtting it up and down off my front step is alittle arkward but we did it. It goes fast!! But it does have 3 speed setting one is a nice slow one. I can't wait to ride more!

I am happy with the overall quality but I am really disappointed with the battery life. It doesn't last nearly as long as advertised and I am finding it difficult to rely on for my daily commute.
