Update, it's so annoying and practically unusable, and sadly it's the only one I have, it keeps shutting off on a half full battery? Is it only me??? Maybe it's a lemon but this is all I'm experiencing Old review ......I was so happy with it until I realized that It powers off at 40% battery remaining, it did it twice...

I'm only on Day 1 of testing this out and am doing so while working from home with no one else here... so not a good test if you're interested as a truck driver. But with that said, everyone I've spoken with has said it sounds like I'm sitting in the seat beside them. Crystal clear! And after 3 hours, the laptop says the headset is still at 100% battery. But, I couldn't even walk out the door ten feet away from my desk before the guy I was talking to said he couldn't make out what I was saying. 65 foot range? Not even a funny joke. Just a bad joke. The tiny earbuds I'd been using could make it 30 feet out the door before there was even a little static. On Day 3 and the battery still says 80%. That's awesome! On the other hand, 4 times so far my call disconnected like I hung up. That happened with my old setup maybe twice in 6 months. If that keeps happening, it'll get returned. UPDATE - After about 3 weeks, the battery is finally down to 40%. Aaaaaand it randomly disconnected 5 times in 1 hour today. Maybe the 40% is false, so I recharged it and we'll see if it keeps happening. UPDATE #2 - After charging back to 100%, I thought all was well again as it didn't disconnect even once the next day. However, the following day, it was back to it's shenanigans. Gonna return and try a different brand.

This headset was good until it wasn't. Once the battery is at 50%, it falls straight to zero. It takes a few days to do that on a full charge but I don't like that it was unreliable. I had to check the battery level everyday. I reached out to customer service for the product but they were no help because they can't find the amazon order number in their system. Was able to get a partial refund after several tries. Not recommended. I have to dispose of it now because for some reason it broke when I was adjusting the headset to fit my head.

Sound is awesome when it works. I picked these for the double device feature which does work, but in about 2-3 minutes of music play from my cell phone. The connection is lost. I had to reconnect several times. It Also lost connection while on a teams work meeting, not cool when speaking and end up talking to yourself and everyone saying they can't hear me. Having to reconnect during a meeting sucked! I just had to use my laptop speakers and mic.

I'm a truck driver and I tried using these for 2 weeks before I had to throw them aside, they don't stay connected nor do they stay charged.. they are junk don't waste your money especially if you are a traveler

Don't buy this headset if you are a truck driver. I took it on the road with me and now no one can hear me when I drive a truck. At home when there is no noise around, it works 3 out of 5. I ended up having to buy a new headset at truckstop because I can't talk to the dispatcher and my family.Think twice before buying, it's not worth it.

If you buy this product for an elderly man who relys on his family to do stuff for him... make sure you open the gift to set up the warranty within 7 days of purchase because you will be up the creek without a paddle if it doesn't work with 4 months of purchasing.

This headset turns off by itself while using and after only a few weeks of use the mic just flops around. I have reached out for support with no reply. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO RESPONSE.

Trucker Bluetooth V5.3 Headset is an excellent piece of art for anyone who needs a reliable headset for long work hours. This piece has a long time battery life, I i used this for 3 days already listen to music and talk, haven't charged since then still keep going. It's a good deal for those people who actually do driving jobs. It can go either ears and has a tremendous noise-canceling feature that ensures calls are very clear, even in noisy environments. There is a built-in mute button which works pretty well. It connects immediately with my cellphone. it is perfect product for driving jobs and personal use. Overall, it's a comfortable, high-performance headset with great sound quality!

I work in the insurance industry - being on the phone a lot, a headset is a must. My work will be transitioning me to a full-time working-from-home structure and they started me off with a cell phone along with cheap wired ear buds with a mic. The earbuds are absolutely infuriating: they get tangled (I have missed calls just trying to untangle the cords), they constantly fall out of my ears, I have accidentally hung up on clients trying to get them back into my ear and pressed the "end-call" button on the mic piece, and they are uncomfortable. I purchased this headset based on the consistency of high reviews . Having had it only for a week, I'm super impressed thus far. The long battery life is a bonus where they've been turned on for 8hrs for every single work day and only went from 80% to 70%. My office at home lacks furniture and carpet so it can be a bit echoey which can be disruptive on calls - this headset completely eliminates this issue where the calls are clear on both ends. I have stood by my bluetooth speaker at loud volumes and none of the sound have leaked into the mic nor could any of my clients hear it. This headset also is great to have when chatting to family/friends but I need to get housework done at the same time like washing dishes or cooking. The headphones connect instantly and I like that it pairs to two devices so that I can chat on Microsoft Teams on my laptop or my cellphone. The only issue I have when its paired to my laptop, listening to music is fine, but watching videos on Youtube there is some synching lag time between audio to the video. However since this headset is take work calls, its not a huge issue on my end. Overall the headset I'm impressed with. I can't speak for its quality or longevity since I've had them for a short time frame, but I'm confident that it will be a reliable and efficient piece of equipment for my job.

Ben using consistently every day for ~10h for the last 6 days and it has been very reliable. If you’re gonna be outside when it’s very cold like -25c the mic input gets messed up a bit. For the price would recommend.

Terrible. It crapped out after minimal use. Don't buy this.
