Great product. Works very well

Gave as a Christmas present and doesn’t work. Charged for 4 hours still not working. Can’t return as the window is closed very disappointing. After posting a poor review, the company replaced the smoker and kit free of charge and was very interested in correcting the issue. I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service and the quick response. I am very happy to say that the replacement was in perfect working condition and my son in law is so happy. Thank you to Nora, who contacted me and the company for standing by their product.

Absolutely love this product. I wish I saw that butane wasn't included but it worked out. I’m not an expert at this but I do love how easy it is to use for an amateur like myself. I Have used it twice and haven't had any issues. I love a variety of wood chips as well as how quality of the torch is. This is best with a smaller pour to really get the smoke in there but still gives a great taste to it.

Love this product. Works great, wish the charge would last a little longer but it otherwise this smoker kit is an amazing addition to my bar.

Very cool set, comes with a bunch of different flavored chips. Great Christmas gift. Cousin loved it.
