I got about 10 minutes you could really call cold, 20 more of cool until it was all done. This will be a nice item to whip out of my bag if someone gets overheated. Sure, I wish it was a little lighter and stayed cold longer, but such are the constraints of this size and price point. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Recommended 4/5 *by on Reviewed in the United States 28 July 2025* it is okay but not the best, in my opinion does get too cold, and lose its effect fast , size is good for wrist, hand, ankle and foot. give a temporary short pain relief ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ignore the bad reviews *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 7 April 2026* I have endometriosis and migrainesI use I've packs daily in abdomen and head but I needed something I could use while travelling abroad etcThese are now part of my tool box and for the price it's a winThey stay cold for a good enough time 10 solid mins 15solid mins I'd sayShake - Fold - Shake ## Frequently Bought Together - General Medi Instant Ice Cold Pack (4”x 5.5”) – 8 Packs Disposable Cold Therapy Ice Packs for Pain Relief, Swelling, Inflammation, Sprains, Toothache – for Athletes & Outdoor Activities - WARHEADS - Extreme Sour Hard Candy - Assorted Flavors - Sour Apple, Black Cherry, Blue Raspberry, Lemon & Watermelon Flavors - 2 oz.
