PERFECT! It is well made and sturdy. It arrived exactly on time. My only complaint is that it came with no directions nor instructions whatsoever. We figured out how to calibrate the scale. It was quite simple but a little direction would certainly have helped. Screwing the basket to the scale is a shot in the dark. We hope we did it correctly.

Nice addition to any large laundry facility. Makes it easy to teach new crew about weight factor and using 80# UniMac washers.
