R&F Handmade Paints - Professional Oil Pigment Stick, Titanium-Zinc White, 38 ml

I bought a white stick each of this R&F one, Sennelier, and Shiva. I loved how creamy and smooth this one was and how wonderfully it blends. By comparison, the Shiva was almost equally creamy, the Sennelier felt stiff and waxy. However one of the main advantages of oil sticks is they supposedly dry quickly. This one did not. It was still moveable and blendable a week later. The Shiva dried overnight. If drying is not an issue for you, this product is lovely. I only gave it 4 stars because I was looking for a faster drying time.

Nice accent color …

A crucial piece of art material in that we artists need plenty of white pigment oil paints - to tint and pastelize our colours. Always need plenty of titanium white; as it softens the/our mixed medium prior to painting. Stick paint is a new innovation in fine art equipment and painting box. Please keep lots in stock as the message isn't widely out yet, just amongst the cognoscenti. This is a revolution!!!

Not as smooth as hoped colors appeared flat

Love the consistency, dries opaque almost transparent. I use another color-lavender as white.
