This product is designed to be a second skin, not a T-Shirt. I am just under 6' with 42" shoulders, 32" waist and 185-190lbs. I purchased a large and it is perfect size. Love this skin! After researching other skins and the size issues some other skins have, ScubaPro does it right. I wear an extra large shirt so I bough the extra large skin and it fits perfectly. I'll be back to buy more of these!
