Only grip I have is I wish I'd brought the next model up. ### ⭐ Some units are defective and are a fire risk. *by L***E on 7 November 2025* This filter looked the part, I watched video reviews before I purchased this from the USA to the UK, just to make sure it was a good one. It looked the part when it arrived, set up was simple, I followed the instructions perfectly. I switched it on and it worked well..... For 10mins. I went away and came back and noticed the pump has stopped flowing. I checked if the power was on and moved the plug into different sockets but it was completely dead. I then noticed the motor cover had a large bump forming, I touched it and found it was extremely hot! The motor was actually burning inside and the casing was melting. I immediately unplugged it and it went straight in the bin. Fortunately, Amazon customer service were great and issued me a full refund.
