Super easy to put together! Took a few seconds to snap each wheel into place and the handle. It moves super smooth it literally feels like it’s gliding. It’s definitely compact when folded , not too big and not too small. Great price & Perfect for my moving needs and will definitely be used in the future for groceries/shopping bags!

I call it my station wagon lol. I love this thing is great for so many different things very strong weight capacity. Has so many uses you wouldn’t believe how much you needed it until you get one. Great price, and good functionality.

Very nice! The materials are good, and was easy to finish assembling. Folds out and back with ease. Smaller, but not too small, which is what I need.

That it’s small I thought it might have been a bit bigger

I have to admit I was really surprised at how much I like/love this product! I’ve been accustomed to not expecting much nowadays from products you buy and the reviews you read about. I opened the box not expecting much, but my first impression was how great it was to receive something FULLY assembled! It arrives in its compact closed position, you just take it out and extend it and put on the wheels which snap into place! If you still need assistance or have questions it comes with an easy to read pamphlet with pictures, instructions and an email if you need to contact customer service! But I promise you! You won’t need to!! It arrived in time because my first use was for my backyard work. I live in the desert and needed to wait until after the summer to plant and to move rocks around my plants. I used the step rover to move plants and rocks with plenty of room to fill! It holds a lot of weight and maneuvers well, the wheels move smoothly and easily with all the weight! Plus it cleans and wipes up easily and I love how gorgeous it looks! Not a cheap quality! High end materials used throughout. Every piece! It would make a great gifting idea because it’s not heavy to pull empty and it’s easy to maneuver. I am very happy with it! I was able to cart it to the narrow side of my pool while I placed the plants and rocks and not worry about it tipping over. It’s substantial weight without being heavy. Great for me because I have neck and arm pain. I plan to use it for the farmers market and other shopping needs. Highly recommend it!

Needs better wheels

I use this to get a load of groceries from the car to the house. It holds a lot of heavy things like drinks. I’ve also taken it to a garden plant sale and a flea market. Would be good for kids too, saw someone at a soccer game that had their wagon loaded with toddlers and game essentials. Many uses, good size and has held up great!

The wagon arrived with a broken wheel axle and bracket because of poor welding — it was already damaged when I opened the box. I urgently needed it, so I contacted the seller with photos, order number, and full explanation. I even said clearly: just send me a replacement wheel bracket and I’ll be fine — no refund needed. But they kept replying with the same excuse: “We can’t find your order.” I sent all details multiple times — they just didn’t care. Terrible quality, even worse customer service. Avoid this seller.
