After long time I found this one to silent sleeping

It blocks sound up to a certain level only. For this purpose silicon ear plugs are available in open market which costs not more than Rs. 100.

This Teco kart earplugs are useless. No matter how you wear them after following the procedures given on box or from youtube videos.. These ear plug fail miserably to block any sound. I would recommend users to go for better and reputed brand earplug.
