I am really impressed with the quality of this lock and the various options that are available to setup for the family and for guests. I never have to worry wondering if the door is locked or not. This lock will automatically lock after 30 or 45 seconds. Well worth the money and has my recommendation!!

The lock is pretty difficult to pick, the biometrics are good, and I love the shuffling numbers for the pin pad. The rfid however, is not very secure. It's better than low frequency systems, but a typical hotel room is more secure than this lock is when it comes to rfid. The main issue being, this is for my home. Compared to everything else, I would've expected more from lockly.If you have this product, I would recommend removing any registered rfid cards. If you're looking at this lock with intent to buy, your money would be better spent on a model without rfid, as it is a weak spot in my opinion.

I've had a great experience with this smart door lock. I was able to get it installed and setup for the whole household in less than 45 minutes. For someone whose household projects usually have one or two snags, this was a very pleasant surprise. We love being able to give out limited time access codes to friends and family. Construction feels solid and gives us great peace of mind.

Performs as advertised

For the price I paid for this lock, you'd think Lockly would stand by their customer service promises. The RFID cards didn't work and when I contacted them they ran me through the VERY same steps I told them that I'd followed from the instructions. And have still failed contact me back to help me with the problem. I'm about to the point of asking for my money back.Do better Lockly!
