Both the purple and the green magic heelers are absolutely incredibly amazing. I don’t like having a flare up and needing to use this but knowing I have magic heeler once I get one I know it will be on it’s healing way much sooner than without. I have dealt with HS bumps in my groin and near lady parts for over 10 years and they get so bad and painful it makes it hard to walk. This is WORKING! I am about to get married, and a supplement I was taking made my face purge to the point of having to go on antibiotics. One of the worst breakouts since I was in high school. I've easily bought $500 dollars worth of products these past three weeks to no avail, but this product is SAVING ME! The redness of each pimple is nearly gone, the size is noticeably smaller, and the healing is sped up. Even my cystic acne is slowing down by just rubbing it along my chin line every night. It is a little greasy, but I don't even care because it WORKS. The product itself is rather small, but I can see this lasting me a longgg time. Compared to everything else I've bought recently, the value of this product is well worth the money. I WILL be buying this again! I've never attached pictures, but I feel like I need to show you all how awesome this is. Picture 1 is the 26th and picture 2 is today - just 4 days apart. Remember, the majority here are deep cystic pimples that don't always come to a head. I'm telling you, at this point I'm just left with redness because they are either completely shrunken or gone!

This stuff is amazing! Works great! Takes the swelling down the cysts go away much faster and it helps with the pain.

Doesn’t yet seem like the magic advertised (to me) however, tea tree and natural salve isn’t bad. I like the scent of tea tree and thyme very much. I used it on a chin cyst in the middle stages and it didn’t hurt the process so I’m hoping it will help to lessen the scarring. Can’t say that it wiped out the cyst though! Perhaps if I’d had this at the very first stages. So a lot of patience, pimple patches, ice packs helped pain and of course…keeping hands off it.

This product is excellent; it began to work as soon as I applied it. I have had issues with ingrown hairs, and upon receiving it, I used it immediately, and it proved effective right away. While it is a bit expensive, it is certainly effective.

This product is legit magic in a bottle. Amazingggggg for anything! Acne ,ingrown hairs ,eczema. It truly works wonders. The smell isn’t too potent. and a little goes a long way.

Even if perfectly effective, I dislike the smell so much I'm rating it 3 stars. It has way stronger smell than it needs instead of just a light scent and it's not especially good. It does seem effective but I dislike using it because of the smell.
