Nice meal kit
This is a nice meal kit with everything you need to make the dish. However actual results may very depending on your experience as well as your cooking appliance and it might not come out as well as you would hope. It's still was decent in terms of taste but not as good as I hoped.

Tomatoes weren't sealed and inside was doughy after cooking.
When we opened the kit and looked at the ingredients, we found that the safety button on the top of the jar of tomatoes was popped and they were no longer safely sealed. We decided to make the rest anyway and see what came of it, with the idea that we could add something else. After measuring carefully, in accordance with the directions, the resulting dough was overly watery and unable to rolled into a ball. I was able to spread it out evenly and then baked according to directions. After baking a bit longer than recommended, the outside was nice and crisp, but the inside still doughy. It would have been just as easy and have produced a better result to have made this myself from scratch.

Meh
This kit is a good idea, but the bread didn't really taste like focaccia. The tomatoes were delicious though.

Easy & Tasty Dinner
I've never had focaccia before so I'm not sure if the taste is authentic, but it tasted pretty good to me! My dough came out really soft and chewy, which was the best part for me! The kit comes with everything you need and the instructions are easy to follow, you can also freestyle and add in or substitute your own ingredients too.

Complete package with decent result
The ingredients in the My Cooking Box kits come from Italy, and everything you need for a specific dish comes in one box. It’s great if you want to cook something from scratch but don’t have a lot of time to do grocery shopping. We love focaccia, but i never dared to make it at home. So I was excited to try this. I will say I am totally new to this and my Focaccia turned out decent, nothing close to the real one. I blame it on my experience but it was a delicious bread.

End result is okay, but definitely not focaccia
This is a focaccia with tomatoes kit from My Cooking Box. It arrived in good condition and factory sealed. The kit contains for some reason two pouches of focaccia mix (even though you put them in the mixing bowl together), a jar of grape tomatoes, two small packets of fine salt, two small mylar tubes of olive oil, and a small packet of oregano. I was very interested to try this kit because I'm an experienced bread baker and have made focaccia many times. I was expecting to need time to allow the dough to rise, and was surprised when that was not mentioned in the directions. Following the directions, the dough was just a tiny bit too dry so I did add a very small amount of extra water which fixed that. Once the dough was shaped, there was a step to mix oil and water and pour it over the dough evenly. To me that seemed like too much water and I think it would've been better with a bit less. The bread took considerably longer to cook than listed on the package directions, probably about 10 minutes more altogether for it to be golden brown on top. The end result was...just okay, but what it was NOT is focaccia. It was a large, thin biscuit without the butter or shortening. This kit makes something that is focaccia shaped, but that is the only way it resembles focaccia. The flavor and texture have nothing at all to do with focaccia. This kit produces something in the short bread family, whereas focaccia is made with yeast. Honestly, if you want to make focaccia, it is so, so easy to make and so, so much more delicious than this kit. I'd suggest you skip the kit and learn how to make it yourself.

A good bread kit with wonderful tomatoes. You could go in a lot of directions with addl. toppings.
This is a good bread kit. The bread turns out thick and dense, but with a good flavor. I think a lot of people may want to make this with a larger spread than a 12 inch circle (the size stated in the instructions). It would give a bit thinner “crust” and would be less dense accordingly. It’s best to know your preference here. As is, the “crust” is strong and could easily take a tomato sauce/pizza sauce and all sorts of additional toppings. Or, in another direction, it would also be delicious with butter melted onto it with garlic and onion flavors to go with the provided tomatoes. If you bought ten of these kits, you could easily come up with ten different ways to go.One highlight is the tomatoes. They are some of the best jarred tomatoes I have ever had. They are sweet and plump and juicy and delicious. I'd buy the tomatoes separately. I wish it had more.In general, kits like this are great gifts for those who don’t typically cook on their own. Other households would have all the ingredients on hand and wouldn’t need the kit. If you know someone who needs a push into figuring out how easy cooking can be, this kit is a good start.
