It is a great product. There was some issue in first bag received and it was replaced by the seller with the right quality one. There was some delay in shipping the replacement, but it's ok. Product is really good and well functional. Enough for 2 days travel and doesnt look bulky when you walk into meeting rooms. And the pricing and quality vis-a-vis premium feel is well placed.

I promptly received the product and found that it was good value for money. The finish and quality seem to be good and I hope it lasts long. Although there are adequate pockets inside it might be good to add two small pen-holders inside one of them. The 180 deg opening provided for packing a set of clothes is good. Perhaps a charging port can be provided. I also think that the weight can be slightly reduced to help when carrying as a back pack.
