Well priced and just what I needed

Just a refill for the GoSystem Butane Blowtorch. Not for professional tradesmen but perfect for DIY use.

A quick note: According to the GoSystem website and others, the RRP of this 2350 cartridge is £4.49. The HomeBargains website shows RRP as £4.49, and sells it at £1.99 for a pack of 12. Today I was able to find it on the shelf in my local Home Bargains at £1.99 per can, I bought 6. I guess the message is to shop around. The £18.33 "original price" indicated on this product page is certainly misleading or unrealistic. Anyway, it is simply a 350g cartridge of propane/butane mix, in a can with a self-seal screw-connection complaint to EN417. Being self-seal it means that after using it for a short time, you can unscrew it from your burner and it will not leak. I certainly prefer to remove cartridges from the burner or blowtorch if I am not going to use them for a day or more. If I leave a canister on the burner and someone knocks it off the shelf, I could end up damaging both the burner, the cartridge and losing the contents. I also tend to feel that there is less likely to be a leak if I remove the cartridge after use - but that might not be a valid concern. I use this on a GoSystem Blow torch AT2071H, and on a GoSystem WB2012 Weed Burner. But it can be used on any manufacturers device that has the EN417 fitting, and is suitable to use a 30/70 propane/butane mix (likewise you can use any EN417 compliant cartridge on those two GoSystem devices).

Bought this on offer at around £3.50...under half the price of bnq. Works great and has alot of fuel. Smells a bit eggy/volcanoey. Great stuff. Helped me loosen a ball joint on an old car. Highly recommend. They will ship via Evri though, so it may never come.
