I love this thing!It's not going to take you down 2 dress sizes, you need something with boning, that's more restrictive to do that. But this will smooth out all the lumps and give you a nice silhouette.It's super comfortable and you can't tell you have something on underneath. It's also stops lines from showing through with certain materials.I highly recommend if you are looking for something breathable to smooth everything out. If you are looking to create an illusion of being smaller than you are, then this is not for you.

It was a good purchase for the price, the downside for me was the upper back area, it felt and made my back look worse with a dress. The elastic in the upper back area is looser than the area around the lower back so it causes the upper back to get like small fat rolls? Lol . It did make my waist look nice though.I would recommend it for wearing with jeans and a looser shirt than a tight long dress.I got a Small size, I'm 5'4 and 138lbs. It was comfortable to wear, not too tight.
