I was looking for a simple, elegant solution to dispensing water from 5 gallon jugs. Most standing dispensers are expensive, they make it hard to fill pots or bottles, and I don't like chilled water. So I thought this thing was the go. Sadly, it absolutely isn't. And it'll be going straight back to Amazon. The holder is fine, simple, cheap and does the job. The issue is the cap. It's difficult to install, leaks, then when you turn the tap on, the flow is pathetic. As someone else has pointed out, it's trying to defy physics, there's no valve for air to escape so the water can't pour. Yet somehow, it slow leaks all over the place. Nice idea, but now I see why you need a standing dispenser or one of those fiddly usb pumps.
