Just boasting and price is also high I was using this from last 10 days breastmilk supply is ok it's not like leap and bounds mentioned in other reviews I couldn't even shed 1 kg weight ao overall it's just heavy price product with bad taste

The powder is good and surely does increase the milk supply. However not really effective for major weight loss. In total really effective for milk supply, and not for weight loss.
