The media could not be loaded. The journal has a lot of interesting sections that make it more than just a simple planner. There’s a page with instructions on how to use it, along with helpful tips that guide you through the process. The layout is clean and structured, easy to track different aspects of wellness without feeling overwhelming.The cover is sturdy, and the color has a soft, calming feel. The pages have a nice weight, and the prompts encourage mindfulness and reflection. It’s a great tool for keeping up with goals, sleep, and overall habits in a thoughtful way.

Great tool to track health goals
This wellness journal has been an incredible tool for helping me stay on track with my health goals. I really appreciate the morning and evening reflections; starting my day with intention and ending it with gratitude has kept me focused and motivated. It’s been the perfect way to check in with myself and celebrate progress, even on the busiest days. The prompts are enough to spark thought, but not so much it feels overwhelming.I also love the structured layout. Tracking my habits, sleep and energy levels has helped me recognize patterns and make adjustments to improve my routines or even at times recognize that I need to slow down. The weekly and monthly check ins are great for seeing how far I’ve come and setting new goals.The design and quality are beautiful too! The durable cover and smooth pages make it feel like a special space for my thoughts and goals. I highly recommend this journal to anyone looking to create healthy habits and add more mindfulness to their daily life!

Thoughtful, Well-balanced Approach to Wellness
This is a really nice journal and a great way to get started on your wellness journey. The book is bound well, lays flat, and has beautiful, smooth, eggshell colored paper that feels nice to write on. The format is so easy to follow and is helpful for someone who is new to this type of guided journaling. It's not filled with overwhelming questions or prompts about feelings - it simply helps you find daily balance in all areas of your life. It includes weekly and monthly reviews so you can see what's changed. If used everyday, it would last for 12 weeks. So in one sense this seems expensive.But I imagine after 3 months, a person would have developed the habit of being able to follow this system without the actual book. I'd prefer if the title of the book wasn't in such large letters and would like it even more if there was no writing on the cover! Still, this is one of the best formats I've seen in this type of journal. Definitely worth a try!

Wonderful wellness journal
This journal is beautiful, well-made, and very useful in terms of tracking aspects of wellness. The paper quality is thick and smooth, the cover is sturdy, and the planner overall is very aesthetically pleasing. I love being able to track different elements of wellness daily, and this journal makes it easy to do so. I highly recommend this self-care journal.

Well-designed journal book
This journal book is well designed. It covers energy level check, feelings, movements or activities, and journaling notes for the day. It also includes weekly and monthly check to keep track of the progress. Writing space is reasonable and easy to use. The structure is organized and good for teenagers to start to pay attention to mental health and learn to self care. The pink color of the cover is beautiful and girls will definitely like it.

Great Hardcover Journal with Simple Prompts for Recording Wellness
If you're like me and like to keep diaries and the like, these wellness journals are another great addition.They have plenty of writing space for details and the simple prompts for what to write where help get pen onto paper quickly and easily.I have found that writing things down helps me be mindful and this is definitely a great medium for it.

well rounded journal for becoming well rounded
this is a great notebook! i like that it’s a different, more targeted approach than a typical journal and can guide you through it, plus the quality of the paper & binding and the over all aesthetic is fantastic! this would be a great gift for anyone but especially for anyone looking to tune into themselves for any reason!

Arrived covered in oil
When I got the book in its plastic film it was covered in oil and there are oil stains on my book now. It was pretty gross. You can see how shiny the boo is and some areas where the oil fully seeped in as well as my fingerprint on the cover because it was so oily.
