I don't always want straight out heat in my meals but, with a little sweet with the heat, your meal can do a 180 & give you a completely different flavor. The price is right, this is a good sized bottle & easy to squirt with no messy drips. The taste is quality with no odd or unusual aftertaste from the spices in it, it smells fresh & spicy sweet & I've used on just about everything, very versatile. Try Mexican street corn with some of this on it or put a squirt or two on the sour cream on your baked potato. Yum! From the many brands I've tried in the past, I always end up back with Melinda's brand because it's the best tasting.

For me personally, this was too acidic and bit my tongue. I’ll stuck with Blue Dragon. I do like that this product was made without additives.

Adds zip and a hint of sweetness - have used with mayo on a havarti and ham sandwich, put on mixed veg, and topped meatloaf after it was out of the oven. Lots of flavor with just a few drops.

Randomly found this brand at Walmart and I fell in love with Melinda's sauces since. I never expected them to have so much variety on Amazon but here we are, I've been trying a lot of their flavors and they're all amazing and best in their category so far ! Recommend buying.

This chili thai sauce is fantastic. Great flavor and very good to mix it with your foods to change your flavor profile. Not very hot but great tasting!!!
