Very sticky and stronger than transparent tapes This tape is excellent. I reserve a 5-star rating only for products I've thoroughly tested or used. Over the past few months, I've consistently used this tape, primarily for assembling cardboard shipping boxes. Its adhesion to cardboard is outstanding, surpassing both transparent duct tape and wide Scotch tape. The thickness of this tape makes peeling it off or finding the end much easier compared to transparent tapes. With just one layer, it effectively secures the cardboard box in shape, and unless intentionally removed, it remains securely in place. Its adhesive strength surpasses that of transparent tapes, ensuring a reliable and lasting hold. The length of the roll is impressive; despite using it for numerous boxes, I still have approximately one-third of the tape left. In summary, I highly recommend this tape for sealing shipping boxes.

This may be eco-friendly but it does not do its prime job very well. It adheres moderately well to flat packing cardboard but is very poor for uneven surfaces or corners. It barely adheres to itself and I use twice as much of this tape as previously as each parcel needs two or three turns of tape to be made sufficiently secure. Tape edges and ends easily peel back and will gradually come unstuck over a few hours, even when the tape end is pushed down well on to the previous turn of tape. Two out of the three rolls are left and they will be binned, which is hardly good for the environment.

The paper is strong with good adhesion

Really wish I'd read the reviews before buying this. Was in a hurry and needed some more tape and this came up too of the list. It is awful, does not stick, especially to itself. Where I have tried to stick the end down to itself I have resorted to using sellotape to hold it. Used on a brown paper square parcel and the edges of the tape have lefted all the way around. Now have three rolls of this that I don't know what to do with and have gone back and bought the brand I previously used which is far far better. Don't be put off by this brand into thinking paper, eco-friendly tape is all bad, it's not I have used lots of other brands which have been brilliant for many years. This particular brand is just not fit for purpose

Sticks well saves the Whales and other sea dwellers so Am told.
