Fantastic Hearing Aids – Clear Sound & Modern Features!
I purchased these Hearing Aids for a family member, and they’ve exceeded our expectations in every way. These are perfect for seniors and anyone with moderate hearing loss. one of the very nice thing about this set is you can NOT tell it's hearing aid, it looks like any nice modern Bluetooth headset which makes it attractive to wear. The sound is natural and sharp, and the noise cancellation is superb. Conversations and TV audio are now incredibly clear, The Bluetooth feature is a game-changer! It seamlessly connects to smartphones, making calls and audio streaming convenient and effortless. another great thing about this set vs the regular hearing aid is these recharge quickly and hold a charge for an impressive amount of time, no need to change batteries. The simple button control makes adjusting the volume a breeze. It’s perfect for adapting to different environments, it has 5 different modes. The ergonomic design makes them comfortable to wear all day. The setup was straightforward, and the instructions were easy to follow. My family member finds these so intuitive and lightweight that they forget they’re wearing them. and i only explained how it works one time which makes me say it's easy to use for senior.

Great investment
After years of struggling with hearing loss, getting hearing aids has been a transformative experience. Initially, I was apprehensive about the adjustment period and how visible they might be. However, the sleek design of my behind-the-ear (BTE) hearing aids turned out to be both discreet and comfortable. The most significant change was the clarity in conversations. I no longer have to ask people to repeat themselves, and I can engage in discussions without straining. This has been a relief, especially in social settings where background noise used to overwhelm me. The noise reduction feature is impressive, making it easier to focus on speech rather than ambient sounds. One of my favorite features is the Bluetooth connectivity. I can stream music and take phone calls directly through my hearing aids, which is incredibly convenient. The accompanying app allows me to adjust settings on the go, ensuring I have the best listening experience in different environments. There was a slight learning curve in adapting to the digital sound, but the benefits far outweigh any initial difficulties. Although the investment was significant, it has been worth every penny for the enhanced quality of life and renewed confidence in daily interactions.

Best Bang for the Buck
This set of hearing aids is generally terrific! The amplified sound is clear, loud enough once adjusted. What a surprise to find a coupon inside the package to activate the "Lifetime Warranty". Now, I wish there was a website to read what is covered and what is not, and additional detailed info. It would also be considered 'excellent' if the user to adjust the angle of the tail with respect to the behind-the-ear portion of the aids. MUCH better than anything Aud*** offers!

Simple and Effective for My Parent
Bought these for my dad who has some hearing loss. He says the sound is clear and not too sharp, and it helps especially when watching TV or having conversations. It doesn't just make everything louder, which is good—background noise seems less distracting. He also likes that he can use them as Bluetooth earbuds for phone calls and music. The call quality is clear, and pairing with the phone was pretty easy. They’re light and comfortable, and he wears them for hours without discomfort. The different ear tip sizes helped get a good fit. They also don’t look like traditional hearing aids, which he appreciates. Battery lasts through the day, and the charging case is simple to use. The moisture control feature is a nice touch since he wears them a lot. The single button for volume and modes makes things easier for him, and the app helps with fine-tuning. Nothing too fancy, but it works well for what he needs.

Not made for Seniors
To start with, you need good fingernails to open the case. Once I got the case open I reached for the hearing aid on the right and tried putting it into my right ear. No matter how hard I tried I could not do it. Then I noticed that the device I expected to be for my right ear was actually for my left ear. Huh? The device on the right is for the left ear and the one on the left is for the right ear?? I've tried many "hearing aids" and this was a "first" for me. After getting the left one from the case into my right ear, I tried looking for the little button I had to press to change things. This was another challenge. I had earlier made sure I knew where it was before putting the device in my ear but it wasn't so easy finding it after the device was in my ear especially with all the squealing that was going on in my ear. I finally found it and pressed it while the earpiece was shifting all around in my ear. Lots of feedback at full volume but settled down when the volume went down to almost nothing. This one button controls volume, mode, answering and disconnecting telephone calls and whatever - too many functions for one hard to find button! Pressing a tiny unseen button is much too difficult for anyone, especially Seniors. Returned.

Good sound... unlike others we've tried.
These actually work as well as my husbands 3 year old prescription ones (we lost one). We tried a different pair of OTC first and they were too loud and impossible to turn down... didn't work at all. So we were very happy to see these worked for him. He wears them all day... they are comfortable... no problems so far. There are a very few things to adjust but they work. You Can cut out background noise and the volumn settings work also. Very simple aids but that all good. 2. Almost 6 months now and the right one is failing... goes dead and comes back only after being in charger for a minute. And now neither will sync up with the app?? I know I registered them but really don't know where to lodge a complaint? they are so great when they work well but less than 6 months is not a good thing.
