My chiropractor uses these blocks to help align the pelvic area. I lie down on my stomach. One of the blocks is placed just above the hip that seems to be twisting forward and the second block is placed just below the hip bone on the other side. I hold this position for 10 minutes. It's amazing how this will straighten my lower back. I would check out you tube for more suggestions.
