It says gloss finish but it looks matt in photo

Definitely not matt. They were glossy but ive had them a long time now so obviously have dulled a little but still look lovely

Do the planters have drainage holes?

No, I found mine filled with water over winter so I drilled a couple of holes and all fine now

There are two entries for Milano chocolate planter. The frist looks dark brown, tge second like milk chocolate. Which colour are the planters?

Dark. Look black at a glance but nice dark brown.
