As I was wading through the La Drang river back in vietnam. I needed some extra boost, something to help me recover. With these being able to do that, for little money and easily to carry I took them with me in my pouch and placed a few in my canteen to dissolve and consume over time. I rendezvoused with beep bop, my little Vietnamese guide to get me from A to B, he knew his way around and was effective at doing his job. He wanted payment at the end of it. I gave him some of these tablets as he wanted to get ripped at the gym in the destroyed part of Ho Chi Mihn, 10% off, no man can resist that. I saw him years later, strong, ripped shredded body. I asked him his “secret” he said “creatine, the ones you gave me, I got more and they have made me more effective at the gym and stronger and are easier to swallow, they are the ideal size to carry around in my bag. And they dissolve easily in water”. At least it sounded like he said that as I don’t speak Vietnamese.

Feel like I’ve been scammed. I have been taking these gummies for a few months and have been taking over the prescribed amount to try creatine saturation training. I have recently had my bloods taken for Manual TRT and my creatinine levels are the lower end of normal. Having spoken to the doctor and explained what I thought I was taking he said the result should have been high. No creatine in the gummies, or very little.

These gummies have a slightly weird texture but it was nice to find a gummy that actually offers a decent amount of creatine per serving and is easy to take for my autistic daughter. However, I’ve had to cancel my repeat order because the price has become ridiculous. Paying £27.99 for a 2-month supply compared to just £9.99 for 3 months' worth of bulk creatine powder is a huge difference. While I expected to pay a bit more for the convenience of a gummy, the current price makes them not worth the money anymore, which is a real shame.

Tastes good. Gives good energy before the gym

This review is for a strawberry flavored creatine gummy. This is a gummy with a good texture and easy to chew. Not too tough but not too dense either. Dissolves fairly well and leaves just a little in the teeth to pick out. The flavor is strawberry and it's a light fruity taste. Kind of sweet. The dosage information is a little off though. I read where it says take 2 but then i also read 3 but not to exceed the dosage so I'm confused if i should take 2 or 3. Maybe a little more clarification on how much is in each gummy so I can correctly dose what i need based on my physical needs versus a generalized person
