Sandalwood Deodorant for Men - Aluminum Free with Shea Butter and Tapioca Starch - Stain- Free and Baking Soda-Free - Natural Deodorant for Men (2.65oz)

It’s the best smelling deodorant I’ve ever used. Smells like a high quality cologne. Very good naturals used to make the fragrance. Zero skin irritation. Blocks sweat while it’s on. Works well enough. It’s 100% naturals so it doesn’t last long at all. That stinks but all full naturals have horrible longevity. You get what you ask for. I use ALOT of deodorant and since this is full naturals I knew it would be bad. One stick lasts me like a week because I constantly reapply when it stops working which is about 4 hours after initial application. If you’re looking for full naturals that’s what you will get. If you get better then the company is fooling you. I knew what I was getting when I ordered this so I was not unpleasantly surprised. For what it is, it’s a 5/5. But if you don’t know what it is you’re buying then look elsewhere because the natural stuff won’t get you what you want.

Thought I would try this deodorant a mistake. Bought it in 12/2024 - thought I'd give it a chance before I reviewed it. It neither resembles anything said about it in the company write up on Amazon nor works at all as a deodorant. I am glad that one person liked it because it is cardboard and thus saves trees (my words interpreting what reviewer says). However, it does not save my armpits from smelling like they had no deodorant; i. e. it does not work. I am 85, switched from Mitchum (which always works especially in the modified formula) to see if the scent which people. The cardboard container is lousy, the deodorant stick part does not stay up - either have to put fingers in to hold it up or squeeze card board container to do so. Almost everything I buy on Amazon over the past years that I have taken the time to rate gets a 5, occasional 4 - first time I ever rated something a 1. This is it - does not work as advertised, shoddy cardboard container, and the fact that it advertises no aluminum is a come on for probably some purchasers here. I did not buy it for the "no" aluminum because aluminum is not harmful as virtually all tests over the years have shown especially as now formulated. There is not one single reliable study that has shown this - I am back to Mitchum which will show as a purchase for me recently on Amazon. Thought I'd "pretty up" my arm pits for wife of 60 years (come June) but she noticed it did not work good; and noticed the contortions I have to make to hold deodorant stick up. Sorry, know the makers are trying, dont know why Amazon put it on site. I guess in this day of so many bad crowd funding products this might fit in as a bad crowdfunding product if that's how it came about.

Hands down the worst deodorant I ever tried. I used to use the same deodorant for many years and only switch after 3-4 years, usually when they changed whatever I used a bit or the price went up too much or couldn’t find the one I had. Last couple of years I decided to try a few lesser known, pricier options, both to help smaller businesses and see if there is more to life than dove and old spice. I tried a few different ones and most of them are ok, they usually have unique smell-combinations and work well enough but nothing that stands out, certainly never wrote a review for any. On this one I feel compelled to let others know my experience. Last time I got a couple of different ones including one of these in Sandalwood. It is by far the worst.. The smell is ok but nothing crazy good. It does however completely fail as a deodorant. I typically don’t have any odor issues and never had an issue with any other deodorant but this one after a few hours its like you never used any. I started putting on a bit more to help it last longer but it’s no help. Its useless. Not effective for more than a few hours. It’s also winter so not like we sweat a lot or anything. Edit: Prompted by this review they reached out and offered a refund which I accepted so I am increasing their rating to 3 stars for great customer service.

Smells good but not very strong. Do not leave it in a hot environment, it seems like it would melt easily. It's also fairly small compared to other deodorants. It has no twist up feature, you just push it up like a push pop and it doesn't really stay so that's a little frustrating.

Omg this deodorant smells awesome. There was no skin irritation but depending on how much you use at a time it goes thru my shirt. Might be because I love it so much and put to much on. I can still smell it on me the next day so it lasts. Over all it’s a good product I would buy it again but it is pretty pricey for me to buy again.

I purchased the Coffee & Whiskey scent. Smells great when you first open it up and put it on. Once you start to sweat, the scent is terrible. I would shower in the morning, apply the deodorant, and head out the door. My job is fairly inactive but it's pretty warm in the office and I run warm most of the time anyway. Either way, sitting in an office chair should not give my pits a reason to smell like they haven't been washed in over a month. I tried everything while showering to make sure the pits were clean. The stench started to stick around even after a shower. I've not been able to finish the stick because I cannot get past the insane body odor this deodorant puts off. This is not a deodorant as it does not deodorize.

Bought for the price point ,the smell is absolutely amazing. Wanted to try another all natural and make sure it doesn't give me any rashes as I'm very very sensitive under my arms. So far it's been amazing ! I absolutely love the push from bottom and the fully recyclable carton. People having problems pushing up and putting on ? Just push up,hold sides lightly ,apply =profit . The smell doesn't last long but I'm using this for winter months at the moment. Great product would love to try more smells and see if it holds up come spring /summer.

Absolutely terrible. I have used Viking products for years and really love their products. I used to order their activated charcoal deodorant but apparently they don't make it any longer. This deodorant comes in a cardboard container which is not bad in and of itself. BUT the actual deodorant goes on really, really dry ( is very difficult to wash off in the shower...just feels like your adding more layers each day you apply this) and plain and simple does not work. I had to apply this 4 -5 times a day for it to minimally work. I was very disappointed in this product because Viking Revolution items have always been top notch for me...I swear by the charcoal activated soap. it is the absolute BEST! The charcoal deodorant that Viking used to sell was the bomb! I also used it religiously! This review is just my experience with this sandalwood deodorant...it may work great for you, but it really sucked for me. :)
