So far so good. We have only had a few days, so it's early. They need to ask for reviews after 30 days, etc. Not 2 days. This was a "renewed" product. Everything like brand new, perfect. New odor element, new pre filters (2), new sealed HEPA filter, brand new as advertised. Very quiet, on low and medium fan I cannot hear it. It does sense well, went to 70% after oven smoke occurred and "cleaned" for 20 minutes back to 100%. It weights 12 pounds. Easy to understand operations. Would suggest they would include operations manual in box. Not easy to get off the internet for layman. Would recommend as a "To buy" OK product easily so far. Transaction was good and delivery was fast as well. When in Auto mode I cannot hear at 1 meter away.

The first was used in my daughter’s dorm room, where the girls were constantly dealing with coughs and allergy issues. The title says it all! I've been through 4 other air filters and all have NOT lived up to their claims. Im a smoker but my wife is not and she has mild issues with her sinuses. I've designed and installed a air system that removes the air in the room and blows it into the attic. But the vents are in the ceiling so we still need a good filter system down low. I had been looking at the SHARK unit for few weeks and decided to take a chance. After I hooked it up and went through the quick and easy instructions I turned it on the AUTO function and let it do it's thing. My wife returned home from work and asked if I had been outside all day. I said no and that I had been inside, and asked her "Why"? She said that she didn't smell any cigarettes or stale smoke smell. This filter is definitely worth the money! It does a great job removing fine dust particles and it's very quiet. It's amazing how good it works compared to the size. It's small for a entire house filter. It picks up kitchen odors 3 rooms away. And cleaning the pre filters is super easy and makes the main filter last much longer. Dollar for dollar, this filter is probably the best unit I've had the experience of using. And it saves you money because you don't have to buy a new filter every 3 months.

Quiet, works well, you have to clean the filter a lot. I like the digital screen so you can see how clean the air is.

Very disappointing! I bought two, and set them up per the instructions. Immediately, both read that my air quality was 100% and that there were zero particulates of any kind they measured. I knew that couldn't possibly be the case (or why buy an air purifier, right?). I saw several other notes about the same problems, and called customer service. At first, he told me to move each one a few feet and let it run for 24 hours. I asked why would moving it a few feet help? He then went offline for a minute or two, came back, and told me both were defective products and should be returned. So, I'm sending them back and will find a different manufacturer and product.

I have a lot of Shark products and I'm never disappointed but I thought this item would clean a little better. I have another shark 3 in one air cleaner that works wonderfully, it was higher price but worth the money this item I notice that it continually after a while blows dirt out the top so that means it's not filtering as good as it should be. The color change on the dirtiness works good but I'm not sure how well it's cleaning the air if it's blowing dirty air out and leaving dust on the vents ...so that makes me wonder. I would just spend the money for a better one. It doesn't lock down so when I go to pick it up and move it I have to grab the bottom. If you don't have a big area or many pets this item should work well. I'm just not happy with it .
